A HELLS Angels bikie charged with possessing four knives, two knuckledusters and three valium tablets was fined $500 yesterday.
The Southport Magistrates Court was told that at 10.10pm on November 3 police pulled over a car driven by Samuel King, 41, in Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise.
They discovered a number of knives and knuckledusters, and three diazepam tablets.
The Gold Coaster admitted to being a Hells Angel, as well as owning most of the weapons but claimed the drugs and a knuckleduster hidden in the sunroof of the car did not belong to him.
King’s solicitor, Carl Edwards, provided the court with an affidavit from the bikie’s partner who said the drugs were hers and she had a prescription for the tablets.
